Nothing too much trouble, we would stay there again when in Tulum. We really loved that the staff was helpful and the service was excellent. Besides, the property had free Wi Fi.

Lovely base for a 2-night stay. A minibar and a safe were available in our king room. Near to a nice beach. A great selection of restaurants to eat close by, like sin yolanda maricarmen that was only 10 minutes' walk away...

Street was noisy.

Worth its 5 stars. Loved that the hotel was deluxe. This was a nice location. There's plenty of restaurants to choose from, like Cilantro's, set within 10 minutes walk or so.

Sincerely, it was a perfect stay. Room was large, it was enough for me. Complimentary breakfast for the start of the day. Parque nacional de tulum was easily accessible, set only 1 mile away.

Extremely comfortable beds. A train station was great for traveling. Parque Nacional de Tulum can be quickly reached, it' s just 1 mile away
